Program Description

Within the framework of the MBA with specialised modules in project management, you will acquire sound knowledge of the basic instruments and methods of project planning and implement them in a practice-oriented manner. This includes, for example, the analysis and evaluation of existing project planning of organisations, as well as the development of strategic suggestions for improvements. In addition to the creation of hands-on the project management concepts, you will also learn about planning strategies that are crucial for the success of projects. These include topics such as the project life cycle, financial planning and risk analysis. The core modules of our MBAs will take place on campus while the specialised modules will be taught online.
