Program Description
This specialization is suitable for those who value a sustainable future and want to take responsibility—but also want to combine a career with personal values. Here, we discuss the role companies play in times of ecological crises and how they can contribute to transformative change. It focuses on developing business models that are both profitable and sustainable. To answer these questions, students can apply business management, economics, psychology, and finance approaches to companies and organizations. Profile-related subjects of the course include the development of sustainable and profitable business models, the transformation of global value chains, sustainable development, responsible consumer psychology, change management and transformation of organizations, and international projects. Profile-specific application opportunities include, among others, environmental policy analysis, sustainability management, sustainability reporting (CSR report), supply chain management, change management, general organizational development, environmental research and ecological consulting.
