Program Description

The course combines academic study with actual business practice, working on real-world case studies and briefs during practice weeks. You also have opportunities to volunteer for events staged at the University and beyond. Begin with a general introduction to events management and progress to specialist options and a close focus on planning, staging and managing events. Specific study areas may include consumer behaviour; marketing; tourism and events; sport events; and risk and crisis management.
