Program Description

In the profile-based phases of the program, students develop a comprehensive understanding of human behavior in organizations and the psychological and business aspects of human resource management in international contexts. They prepare themselves to apply psychological insights to solving practical challenges in human resource management, particularly in multinational and intercultural work environments, and acquire sound skills in analyzing, designing, and managing HR processes, from recruitment to leadership and motivation, as well as change management and organizational development. Profile-related subjects of the course include work, personnel and organizational psychology, organizational culture, international human resource management, issues of health and well-being in the workplace, and current topics in psychology and human resources. Professional opportunities include international HR management, international recruiting for international positions, personnel development in a global context, intercultural training and coaching.
