Program Description

Through our extended degree in human resource management, you will learn how to develop people and their skills - important for any business. You'll study modules in people management, employee relations, reward and motivation, as well as cross-cultural and diversity management and employment law. A foundation year at the start of your studies will give you the skills required to flourish at degree level. Study in subsequent years will follow the curriculum of our three-year course.
