Program Description
This pilot training program is the only collaborative diploma program that offers students a choice between flying airplanes at Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre or flying helicopters at Great Lakes Helicopter. Through pilot training at one of the flight centres and classes at Conestoga College, students can complete the Aviation - General Arts and Science diploma in only two years as well as the pilot training to allow them to undertake the Transport Canada Commercial Pilot License testing.

Full-time undergraduate and post-graduate international students can work anywhere on or off campus without a work permit. The rules around the number of hours a student will be allowed to work may vary based on the country the student chooses to study in. International students are typically able to work up to 20 hours a week.
