Program Description

The Network Services Technician program is designed for individuals who wish to start an entry-level career in network technology – no previous experience is required. Through this certificate program, you will build a broad set of basic skills and explore several key network technology areas, including client and server operating systems, network equipment and cable plan infrastructure, wireless local area networks (LAN), voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) and computer hardware support.
