Program Description

Develop specialist expertise in healthcare logistics and supply chain management alongside the strategic management and leadership skills needed to improve healthcare services. Our MBA Management with Healthcare Supply Chain Management is designed for professionals working in, or looking to progress into, healthcare management, procurement, operations and supply chain roles. You will explore how procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics and distribution contribute to safe, efficient and resilient healthcare services. You will also develop skills in project management and systems thinking, enabling you to evaluate complex healthcare operations, manage resources and risks, and make evidence-informed decisions that support patient safety, operational performance, value and sustainability. Delivered over 15 months through blended, block learning at our London campus, the course combines face-to-face and online learning with healthcare case studies, practical activities, group work, simulations, guest expert sessions and independent study. A three-month work-based placement or live consultancy project gives you the opportunity to apply your learning to a real healthcare challenge, developing practical problem-solving, stakeholder communication, project management and analytical skills.
