Program Description

The LLM International Arbitration course will allow you to explore issues surrounding International Arbitration, providing the substantive knowledge needed in order to enhance your practice. This course focuses on international commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration. You’ll cover the legal framework of international commercial arbitration, comparing the English law of arbitration with the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. You’ll also look at international investment arbitration, focusing on the ICSID Convention, ICSID Arbitration Rules and the UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration.
