Program Description

Business and management is an incredibly broad and varied field. By studying at ARU Peterborough, you will gain the knowledge and skills you need to analyse and solve problems – and forge ahead in your career. We’ll cover important aspects of business and management, including organisational structures objectives, and performance to enable you to add value quickly in a variety of business and managerial roles. The course will enable you to apply a commercial mind-set to sustainable business practice. You’ll explore the strategic importance of human resource and people management, as well as contemporary issues such as globalisation, sustainability, entrepreneurship and innovation, social responsibility, diversity, ethics, and risk management.
