Program Description

Running a business wouldn’t be possible without employees. If you’re interested in business management from an HR perspective, this course is for you. BA (Hons) Business Management and Human Resources is ideal if you’re keen to explore the specialised study of HR as part of your business management degree. During the course, you'll develop a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the developing human resources management role, with a focus on diverse work contexts, and learn to take a global perspective on issues in HR. This course covers employability, human resource management, business ethics, resourcing and reward, business negotiations, UK employment law and strategic management and leadership.
