Program Description

By combining significant coursework from the Department of Computer Science while maintaining the integrity of a degree in physics, a physics-computer science major receives a high-quality academic education by participating in hands-on learning opportunities and conducting a rigorous research experience mentored by physics or computer science faculty. A student will work one-on-one with faculty, as well as with an exceptionally strong community of majors.
