Program Description

The BA (Hons) Journalism and Creative Writing programme has been designed to enable students to combine writing short stories, screenplays, and poetry, with the professional writing required by journalists for magazines, newspapers, and online publishers. Working in our suite of industry-standard newsrooms, students can learn the core values of good journalism and how to apply them to the different media platforms available today, and do production work. Creative Writing workshops offer students the chance to explore new techniques, develop their own voice, and help them become compelling writers.
