This policy is a comprehensive document which encompasses all aspects of intellectual property management, including development and ownership; protection and commercialization; and distribution of royalties. This policy provides an incentive to University authors and inventors while recognizing the University's fundamental rights in intellectual property resulting from the creative efforts of those utilizing University resources.
