Program Description
Office assistants are valued for their ability to bring organization and professionalism to the workplace. Administrative professionals handle the day-to-day office administration for an individual, network or team. In this program, you will learn to use leading office software, from word processing to accounting to email. You will gain practical experience through simulated office situations. You will practice standard office procedures, from directing telephone communications to preparing for meetings to maintaining office equipment and managing office supplies.
