Creating change for vulnerable and diverse populations in your community requires determination and a strong understanding of social dynamics. These populations depend on public and private services as part of their everyday lives. Nova Southeastern University’s Bachelor of Science in Human Services Administration will empower you to leave an indelible mark for positive change in communities that need it most. Members of vulnerable populations range from infants to the elderly. Conditions can be physical, such as diabetes, HIV and heart disease. They can be psychological, such as those who suffer from schizophrenia or depression. They also can relate to social issues such as abuse, homelessness and immigration status.
