Realizing this responsibility, our leadership and management specialization provides you with the tools to manage a business successfully. Learn how to problem-solve, resolve conflict, motivate employees, set goals, communicate effectively, and lead ethically. Leadership and management is a part of every business. Corporations and government agencies value those who see the bigger picture and know how to lead various departments within the organization. This stream focuses on leading and managing a business successfully. Students will learn communication techniques, problem solving, and ways to lead ethically.
