Program Description

There is an increasing need for certified professionals in strength and sport conditioning. This specialized program will teach you the skills and techniques needed to help athletes or sports teams reach their maximum physical potential. Strength and sport conditioning is athletic training aimed at greater strength, power, speed, agility, coordination and balance. You will learn general exercise principles, speed development, and sport-specific science, along with practical training in weightlifting, agility, plyometrics, and sprint training for athletes.
