Program Description

This extended master’s programme is designed for international students who wish to pursue postgraduate study at London Metropolitan University and will allow guaranteed progression on to our Computer Networking and Cyber Security MSc.Our Extended Master’s in Computer Networking and Cyber Security MSc begins with a 15-week programme that will help improve your English language ability and study skills before starting your master’s course in computer networking and cyber security. There is also the opportunity for those who need extra English language support to complete a pre-sessional course prior to the extended master’s programme. Following this initial 15 weeks, you will go on to join our Computer Networking and Cyber Security MSc. This course will help you understand networking technologies and cyber security more in depth, while covering different approaches to an effective cyber defence in view of a cyber attack. You’ll also gain knowledge in the most recent security principles, tools and techniques and will be taught by experts in a dedicated IT security laboratory.
