Program Description
The Master of Science in Management (Structured Masters) is designed to provide graduates with a set of critical and highly employable skills within the area of management at both theoretical and practical levels. It will improve their personal and professional skills to enable their professional development within both the indigenous and international management fields while further developing their research experience and capability. Participants will take several key mandatory modules such as Research Methods, Business Strategy and People and Leadership, and then specialise with streams in areas such as Finance, Digital Business or Contemporary Management. They will then build on their expertise in this field by completing a substantial Research Project in their chosen area of specialism. This is a structured Masters programme, meaning there is a focus on research throughout with the research project totalling 60 credits of the 90 credits available. The programme comprises six 5 credit modules (delivered over two semesters on a one-year full-time basis, and over four semesters on a two-year part-time option) followed by a 60-credit Research Project.
