The Global Leadership Graduate Certificate equips students with essential leadership skills and intercultural competencies, essential for navigating the global marketplace and workforce. This full-time 9-month cohort program also fosters the growth of a robust professional network. You'll develop effective communication and negotiation skills. In the Global Leadership program at BCIT, you will gain invaluable leadership skills and intercultural competencies that are instrumental for today’s business environment. You will become responsive to the needs of both a global marketplace and workforce, while factoring in the needs and perspectives of internal and external stakeholders.
