Civil engineers shape the world around us. But that world is complex and, with an ever-growing need for sustainability and resilience, it demands creative, innovative thinking from engineers. From day one of studying our Civil Engineering BSc (Hons) degree course, you will be working on real built environment projects using maths and science to tackle engineering challenges. Our course is project-based, meaning you’ll be getting hands-on experience from day one – and learning to think and work like an engineer.
