Program Description

The eight-month Art Fundamentals (AFD) certificate program provides a strong foundation in traditional and digital art. Designed to build skills in art, design, creativity, communication and critical thinking, AFD will prepare you for further education and a career path in fields such as animation, illustration and graphic design. You will experience hands-on learning under the guidance of working artists. This program will equip you with the knowledge and grounds to apply to other specialized art programs.
