Program Description
The Individual Interdisciplinary Studies (IIS) Master’s program provides students with a proven track record the opportunity to combine substantial aspects of existing programs – of at least two units – into a unique syllabus that lies outside traditional disciplinary boundaries. The Individual Interdisciplinary Studies (IIS) Master’s program allows exceptional graduate students to create a unique program tailored to an individual research project and/or program of study that cannot be accommodated by existing discipline-based programs.

Study and Work in Canada
Full-time undergraduate and post-graduate international students can work anywhere on or off campus without a work permit. The rules around the number of hours a student will be allowed to work may vary based on the country the student chooses to study in. International students are typically able to work up to 20 hours a week.
