Program Description

This program provides two years of undergraduate university level courses, equivalent to the first two years of a four-year bachelor's degree in computer science. The goal is to provide an academic educational foundation that enables students to continue their studies towards degree completion, with a provincial credential widely recognized by many post-secondary institutions in the British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer (BCCAT). Students who successfully complete this program have an increased likelihood of being admitted into third year courses at the transfer institution. Check the admissions policy of the transfer institution to find out requirements for specific program areas. A minimum Associate degree GPA may be required.
