Program Description

Work in video and online game creation, television, film and music production - 2020/2021 Taking an audio concept and turning it into something real and powerful is a rewarding, in-demand and valued career. It's also a unique skill and passion that you will bring to Fanshawe's Audio Post-Production program. From the pre-production phase to the intensity of in-studio creations, you'll receive world-class training and specialized skills in all aspects of the creative and technical process of post-production. You'll study digital audio, digital video and multimedia theory and receive hands-on training with advanced equipment. Much of your time will be spent in a state-of-the-art post production studio where you'll complete projects independently and in collaboration with other students. You'll study surround sound design and mixing, field recording, ADR, Foley and game sound techniques. Graduate with a dynamic, diverse and professional portfolio to successfully enter the industry. Career options in post-production are as diverse as your skills.
