Program Description

The Network Management program (ACS) aims to train students to install and manage networks. Network technicians work in all sectors; in large or smaller companies and others are self employed. It is also a profession that allows for international mobility. According to Emploi Québec, there is an urgent need for network technicians. College National of Sciences and Technology offers a program in Network Management to train students to respond to this important market demand. By the end of the program, students will have knowledge and skills: Setting up complete networks: computers, connect them to each other, servers (Internet, databases, etc.), access, etc. Managing networks Adapting to new technologies and developing the network Providing support to network users Monitoring network activity and ensure security

Study and Work in Canada

Full-time undergraduate and post-graduate international students can work anywhere on or off campus without a work permit. The rules around the number of hours a student will be allowed to work may vary based on the country the student chooses to study in. International students are typically able to work up to 20 hours a week.
