Program Description

The Entrepreneurship in Technology program (ACS) aims to equip students to turn their projects ideas into successful businesses. In the digital age, our lifestyles, working conditions, and consumption habits are changing rapidly, as evidenced with the most recent surge of changes occurring with the pandemic. New computer applications are being developed to facilitate our daily tasks, to allow us to be productive at a distance, and to bring the world to our fingertips, but these new applications are also a factor changing and molding our lifestyles. With this reality in mind and considering the growing trend for people to be self-employed or to start their own business, the College National of Science and Technology offers a program to train IT entrepreneurs. College National’s program differs from the standard entrepreneurship program in vocational training (Business Start-Up); its entrepreneurship and management courses are designed specifically towards starting a business in the field of technology, with a special focus on launching new computer applications. Entrepreneurship in Technology is an exciting field of endless possibilities. By the end of the program, students will have knowledge and skills: Looking for project ideas and evaluating them. Making financial analysis and planning. Associating key partners. Obtaining the necessary resources. Managing the business, its growth and future development. Promoting the company, its brand and its product.
