Program Description

German is an excellent language to learn for those who are planning to enter a profession or career that might involve a European context. In the 21st century, the ability to communicate at the international level is an essential skill that is greatly valued in several areas including: education (translation, research, teaching, library work, graduate studies),business and industry (banking, journalism, export/import, advertising, publishing),social work (police work, health sector, courts),government services (customs, civil service, external affairs, immigration).

Study and Work in Canada

Full-time undergraduate and post-graduate international students can work anywhere on or off campus without a work permit. The rules around the number of hours a student will be allowed to work may vary based on the country the student chooses to study in.
