Program Description

Our BScEC program will introduce you to the function and roles of Canadian and global economies, and the tools economists use to analyze the decisions made by individuals and businesses. Our BScEC graduates are well-qualified for jobs in economics or finance, or the pursuit of graduate studies in either field. At UNB Saint John you’ll explore how the world works with Bachelor of Science programs that delve deep into the principles that support our universe, from the diverse ecosystems in our rivers and oceans to the pure mathematical theories that explain time and space. Scientific research has made great advances in the past 20 years and at UNB Saint John you’ll have the opportunity to learn and experiment in small classes led by instructors passionate about science and the theoretical and practical knowledge it imparts.
